Misprinted, damaged or defective goods must be submitted for return/refund/exchange process within 10 days from receipt of goods in the U.S. and Canada, and 30 days from receipt of goods (at postal office) on International shipments. Return of goods or photographic evidence of problem is required. Please contact info@MaskBrand.com to submit a request. Once your product or photographic evidence of the defect/damage is received, we will notify you of our receipt of your request. If your refund/exchange is approved it will be credited to the account/credit card used for the original transaction.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, you can return them to us unused. Contact us at: info@MaskBrand.com, include your reason for return in your email. We will verify your return information and provide you with a return shipping label via email, for your return shipment.
Note: we generally do not offer items for return/refund/exchange for the following reasons: Wrong size, or package at post office unclaimed.
Package Lost in Transit
We will provide a new product if package tracking provides no clear cause or resolution of the loss.
Package Sent to Wrong Address
Upon receipt of “returned to sender” package and address correction, we will reship product to corrected address..
If you request a change to your order, or cancel your order we must receive this request within 10 hours of the order being placed, after that the product will be in production. Orders are refundable if cancelled within 10 hours.
